Item still not received!!!

Bought item as Christmas present and pais for 48 hour delivery ao it would arri e in sufficient time...however Christmas has been and gone and the journal hasn't arrived. Very disappointed. Was hoping to order more for a few birthdays we have coming up but will probably avoid now

Please note our Xmas shipping cut off time was the 18th of December, as stated o the website, if you ordered after that date the courier would not have had sufficent time to deliver as the courier can experience delays in the busy Xmas period, as you'd expect, we appreciate your patience.

Still waiting for order

I can't review an item I am yet to receive bearing in mind it was a Christmas present, it's now 11.10pm Christmas eve and have not received it !!
