Shipping will start from the 1st of December. Orders will be sent out in the order they were recieved as quickly as possible, it may take up to 2 weeks for all orders to be shipped.

We have a 30-day return policy for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return post and packaging costs. Please retain proof of postage when returning items to us.

Damaged or wrong items will be evaluated and exchanged.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Please note we ship our products from the UK, so if you're not in the UK sadly this can be costly, please know we do not make a profit on the shipping and we are working on being able to reduce this as soon as possible.

Any water-based ink pens are good! Our products are made with 160gsm paper which is pretty thick so these pens won't bleed through. Avoid alcohol based inks as these typically need professional artists paper to not bleed through the page!

We recommend dual end brush pens and the go to and you can find lots of these to purchase online. We to hope to bring out our own set of pens in the coming year!
