Whether January dragged on or flew by for you, the month of February offers the ideal time to pause and reflect for the year ahead. With Valentine’s Day just round the corner, we’re here to remind you to treat yourself to some me-time this month, with help from our pre-made 2025 journal. Setting your goals
Creating new goals for yourself can be exciting, but we don’t want them to be vague resolutions that get forgotten by March. Your goals don’t have to be huge and overwhelming, they can be as simple as drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning or trying out 5 new recipes every month. Setting yourself these smaller, attainable goals are more likely to motivate you and by using our monthly habit tracker, you can record your progress throughout the year.

Take some me time
If you haven’t done so already, now could be the perfect time to prepare your pixel charts featured at the beginning of our journals. Colour co-ordinating and preparing the key in advance at the beginning of the year sets you up nicely for those days when you’re pressed for time, but still want to keep track of your daily spending or steps





Checking in with yourself 
Ensuring you’re focused on getting your goals is one thing, but we often forget that checking in with ourselves is just as beneficial to reaching them. Dedicate some me-time and commit to consistent check-ins, whether that be daily, weekly or monthly. It’s important to allow yourself chance to reflect on your goals and alter them if they are no longer serving you. Remind yourself that this is totally natural, and it's okay if things don’t always go according to plan.

Celebrate every little victory
As you make progress on your goals, don’t forget to celebrate the milestones—no matter how small. Maybe you hit a target you set for the week or stuck to a new habit for a few days. That’s cause for celebration! Treat yourself with a fun little reward, such as night off to do something that makes you feel happy and rejuvenated. Or even use your Self-care bingo page as inspiration for a treat!

This Valentine’s Day, let’s promise to love ourselves enough to invest in our dreams, our growth, and our well-being. By taking the time to reflect, set intentions, and break our goals into actionable steps, we can create the year we’ve always wanted. One where we’re proud of ourselves every step of the way.
