The Ultimate Junk Journal 101

The Ultimate Junk Journal 101

Your new favourite way to journal

The Ultimate Junk Journal is here. This playful and creative journal helps you capture memories easily, build confidence in your self-expression, and make your journaling experience personal and meaningful. At The Journal Club, we believe journaling should be simple and accessible. You don't need to be an artist; just a little structure and inspiration can help you document your story with ease, and that is exactly what this journal provides.

What is inside

Thoughtful details come as standard:

  • A5 hardback with faux leather cover
  • 120gsm dotted pages, 176 in total
  • Lay-flat binding for easy writing
  • Two ribbon markers and an elastic closure
  • Patterned end pages and a back pocket to store keepsakes

Inside, you'll find a guided title page and a double-page prompt spread featuring black-and-white drawings of all 32 sticker designs. The rest of the book features blank, dotted pages, offering creative freedom.

Every journal includes two sheets of 32 unique stamp-style stickers. Choose a prompt from the prompt spread, create on any blank dotted page, then add the matching sticker to your creative spread. Many people also place the same sticker on the prompt spread to tick it off. If you want to do both, or revisit favourite themes, you can add an extra duplicate sticker set for £3.50.

Prefer just the stickers? You can purchase the Stamp Sticker Sheet Set on its own, or shop the full product here: The Ultimate Junk Journal.

A few of our favourite prompts

Each stamp is a spark of inspiration to guide your next spread. Some of our favourites include:

  • A letter to your future self
  • A concert
  • A recipe
  • A holiday
  • Time with friends
  • Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring
  • Your favourite book, song, or movie

You will find the full list of 32 prompts on the prompt spread inside your journal.
These prompts inspire you to capture everyday joys and big adventures. They’re created to make creativity feel easy, so the blank page never feels intimidating.

Why you will love it

There are no rules. With The Ultimate Junk Journal, you will:

  • Stay inspired when you need a little push.
  • Collect stamps as a fun reward for completed pages.
  • Capture memories both big and small.
  • Create something that feels uniquely yours.

How to get started today

  1. Open to a blank dotted page and pick a prompt from the prompt spread.
  2. Journal, sketch, collage or scrapbook on that theme.
  3. Add the stamp sticker to your creative spread.
  4. Optionally, add the same sticker to the prompt spread to mark it as complete.
  5. Tuck keepsakes and bits in the back pocket as you go.

Tip: If you love a theme, use your duplicate sticker set so you can explore it twice or journal with a friend.

If you want simple extras to layer with your memories, try washi tape, coloured pens, kraft paper and glue sticks from UK favourites like Hobbycraft or The Range.
